The St. Charles Sluggers is a ten and eleven year old baseball team that travels South Louisiana to play in baseball tournaments. The team is in it's third year and has had great success in the past. Last year the team played in two State Tournaments and two World Series Tournaments.
The team finished fourth in the state and fourth in the NSA World Series. The team also finished 23rd (90 teams competing) in the nation's largest World Series (USSSA) in South Haven, MS.
The Sluggers played approximately fifty games last year and we hope to play in even more this year.
We entered tournaments in St. Charles Parish, Baton Rouge, Baker, Lafayette, Mandeville, Carencro, Denham Springs and and won invitations to complete in the NSA World Series in Baton Rouge and the USSSA World Series in South Haven, MS.
We need sponsors in order to play in as many tournaments as possible. We are asking South Louisiana businesses to help our team reach its goal of again playing in the World Series (NSA & USSSA). Businesses that sponsor our team will have their names advertised on our team banner. If your business would like to help us then please contact us. Donations are tax deductible.
We will keep you updated on our teams' progress.
